Admission Procedure

Steps:
1. Meet with admission coordinator whose duty is to receive prospective parents, answer enquiries and give general information about the school.
2. Purchase an admission form for a non refundable fee of N7,000.00.
3. Submit application form with the following:
  • 4 recent passport photograph of child.
  • copy of Birth Certificate (alongside with the original copy for sighting)
  • 1 copy of the receipt of payment for the application form
  • 1 passport photos of Mother and Father.
  • Photocopy of health and immunization card.
  • Emergency health information and consent form.
4. Placement interview is scheduled for candidate to determine school readiness and placement.
5. Assessment test may include answering questions orally, drawing picture, sorting and identifying, games or puzzles.
6. Successful candidates are communicated to via text, Email, or face to face.
7. Medical emergency form, health consent form, parent/ school agreement form are issued after successful interview.
8. Personal letter of admission is issued.
9. Acceptance of admission by parents of applicant is communicated through payment of fees to designated bank and tellers submitted to the school's Admissions Coordinator.
10.As soon as fees are paid, the admission coordinator opens a file for the student both as a hard copy and on the data base, he then inform the school director and head teacher of the new arrival.
11.Parents receive a welcome pack with information on how they are expected to prepare the children for resumption.
12.The Administrative secretary arranges for a guided tour of the school at designated open days or visiting hours ADMISSION
